| How It Works - Creating a Form |
Follow these simple steps, and you can create your own online form in minutes:
- Design Form
- Start by clicking on the "Design Form" Link
- Click the "Add" button to add a field to your form
- Enter form information (Field Definitions)
- Repeat steps until all fields are defined
- Click the "Exit" button when you are finished
- Build Form
- Click on the "Build Form" Link
- Enter the name of the form you designed in step 1
- Click the checkbox to turn the avatar on or off
- Click the "Build Form Now" button
- Progam will generate the form, database table, and admin program
- Test Form
- Click the "See it Now" Link or Click on your form name
from the "See Created Forms" dropdown list on the control panel.
- Follow the instructions and fill out the form
- The form information you enter is placed in a database
- The information in the database can be extracted using the "Export Table" Link
- Change Form
- Click on the "Design Form" Link
- Click on the
 icon next to the field you want to change
- Make your changes and click the "save" button
- Repeat the "Build Form" Steps
